Our “Mission Action Plan”
Find out about our “Mission Action Plan”, or MAP for short.
It’s a living document which outlines our dreams and hopes for the activities and events we want to undertake as a Church to share the Gospel with our community, even as we seek to be nourished and grow in our own faith as well.
It’s not “where we are” but where we want to be and we’d love for you to join us on this journey.
Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.
And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.
And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.

Our Mission Action Plan is divided into four key areas of Church Life.
- Mission and Evangelism
- Pastoral Care and Discipleship
- Worship and Teaching
- Governance and Administration
You might think of this as: Everything we do that’s “outward facing”, reaching out to the community; everything we do among those in Church, seeking to grow in faith and fellowship; everything that happens in Services on Sundays – or indeed other days – or courses that we run; and, everything which is necessary in the background to enable these things to run smoothly as they should.
